INTRODUCTION
The Newburn Feed Mill
Controller is designed to automate the batch weighing
processes of an Animal Feedmill.
The Automation of intake
and destination routing may also be included.
The
system is loaded with details of formula compositions, bin
contents, stock etc.
Thed Plant Operator may then ask for
work,
example: Weigh12 batches of Formula 780, Mix 3 mins,
bypass grinder, destination bagging station 4
The
controller will continue weighing, as commanded, indicating
any system errors that may occur.
The
Newburn Feed Mill Controller can also be used in conjunction
with existing plant p.l.cs
